Air Idaho Rescue has proudly served Eastern Idaho, Northwest Wyoming, and Southwest Montana since 1990, completing over 20,000 safe patient transports. Our fleet includes rotor-wing and fixed-wing aircraft, enabling us to provide the only EMS and critical care services in some of the most remote wilderness areas in the lower 48 states.
