The Patient Portal provides access to:

  • View your most recent letter or invoice
  • View claim status
  • Make a payment
  • Create a payment plan

In order to access your claim, you must create a login with:

  • Your unique Reference Number (located on all correspondence in the top-right corner)
  • The patient’s date of birth
