LifeNet of the Heartland, based out of Omaha, NE, has been committed providing essential and lifesaving services to the region for over 40 years. Established in 1978, the organization is a full-service air medical transport provider that has completed more than 10,000 patient transports. During missions, highly trained medical teams care for patients with lifesaving interventions to significantly improve patient outcomes. These interventions include providing advanced trauma care such as blood products administration; advanced airway intervention; cardiac/hemodynamic monitoring; ventilator management; vasoactive medication administration and titration; and advanced surgical procedures.
