For over four decades, Air Methods has been dedicated to emergency air medical transport, focusing on patient quality of care and safety in aviation. Air Methods delivers lifesaving care to more than 100,000 patients per year, and we only respond when a physician or a first-responder calls us.
When we are asked to deploy, we answer the call and do everything in our power to save a life.
Air Methods partners with healthcare facilities across the nation and each partnership is tailored to the needs of the facility.
We have agreements with some of the largest health insurance companies in the country. In-network patients only pay applicable co-pays or deductibles.
We constantly work to develop and strengthen relationships with the communities we serve. Our crews participate in local events and provide clinical and safety education to local agencies and critical access hospitals.
AirLife Utah was established in 2021 as an approved first responder air medical service operating 24/7. We serve Utah, southern Idaho, and southwest Wyoming, delivering rapid responses to rural communities and backcountry emergencies. As a community-based program, we collaborate impartially with hospitals and dispatch agencies to ensure patients receive the highest level of care as quickly as possible.
