Mercy Air has taken several steps to provide outreach to the communities we serve. We are proud to launch this new Web site as a resource for the community to learn about Mercy Air and the service we provide. We provide outreach to the general public, emergency services agencies, public service agencies law enforcement agencies, schools, hospitals and much more.

Mercy Air's community outreach includes a safety program that provides public safety agencies and hospital personnel who interface with Mercy Air education related to identifying, designating and preparing an appropriate landing zone (LZ), personal safety in and around the helicopter for all ground personnel, and procedures for day and night operations, conducted by the flight team and specific to the aircraft.
