What We Do

Our Engineering and Design Department has been in place since 1985 and has developed a variety of systems, interiors and modifications for fixed wing and rotor wing aircraft. Our highly qualified staff can develop a system or product from prototype through full scale production.

Our Engineering Department utilizes Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) to ensure that each product performs to the specifications the customer and aircraft mission require. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) as well as structural and functional testing verify that each component meets the requirements of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR's) in addition to those of Joint Aviation Regulations (JAR) and international government regulatory agencies such as the LBA and JCAB. Our evaluation facilities include a 10,000 pound, three axis pull-test fixture to perform structural verifications.

Our Design Department utilizes Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) exclusively to design and integrate components and systems into aircraft. Coupled to our CNC machining centers, the designs are transferred from the engineering workstations directly to the manufacturing operations, greatly reducing production time.
