The Standard for World Class Quality is ISO 9001. Air Methods achieved ISO 9001 certification in July 2000. ISO 9001 defines the requirements for establishing, documenting, and maintaining a system for ensuring the quality of the output of a process.
ISO 9001 certification is a tangible expression of Air Methods commitment to quality that is internationally understood and accepted. It is a group of common sense and generally well known precepts laid out in an organized fashion, consistent with Air Methods Vision, Mission, and Strategic Plan.
